Shipping Notice: Black Friday & Canada Post Strike Update
Black Friday Shipping Update:
As a small business, we are doing our best to adapt to the ongoing Canada Post strike. For all Black Friday orders placed during our sale from November 27 to December 1, we will fulfill and ship orders from our location in Alberta, Canada, on December 6 and 7. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
Canada Orders:
Due to the Canada Post strike, delivery delays will occur, particularly for shipments to PO Boxes, as Canada Post is the only carrier with access to these addresses. For all non-PO box shipments, we are working with alternative carriers to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
- For orders over $100 CAD to Canada, shipping is free.
- For orders under $100 CAD, our flat rate shipping cost is $13 CAD.
US Orders:
Our flat-rate shipping cost for USA orders is $20 CAD. Please note that our international shipping fees do not include customs duties or taxes. These fees may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
